Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software (WFS) Techno-Functional Consultant L2 with strong hands-on expertise in WFS Time & Attendance configuration and SAP integration. The ideal candidate must hold a valid PT103 certification and have experience supporting workforce management solutions, validating business rules, troubleshooting configuration issues, and integrating WFS with SAP and other enterprise systems.
This role involves working with business stakeholders to ensure accurate time and attendance processing, successful system integrations, and smooth testing and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities :
WFS Time & Attendance Configuration: Configure and support work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, time results validation, and other WFS Time & Attendance functionalities.
Policy and Business Rule Management: Navigate WFS configurations and the Policy Editor, validate configuration outputs, and ensure results align with business requirements.
System Integration: Support WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other relevant workforce or work arrangement modules.
Testing and Implementation: Execute required reports and assist business teams with testing, cutover activities, and go-live support for WFS Time & Attendance.
Technical and Functional Support: Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, investigate discrepancies, validate system results, and support business users.

Qualifications :
At least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience, with strong expertise in Workforce Software Time & Attendance.
Must hold the required PT103 certification.
Proven experience configuring WFS time and attendance rules, schedules, quota banks, and pay codes.
Experience validating time results and confirming configuration outcomes against business requirements.
Knowledge of WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, SAP ECC, or other enterprise systems.
Ability to execute reports and support testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Experience in SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
