- Handle inquiries and resolve issues during the travel planning process.
- Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on travel trends, special promotions, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, or related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in travel booking software and databases
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
