Project Compliance Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
• Ensure effective monitoring of the execution of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure the quality of completed project aligns with the company standards.
• Provide regular updates to the Management Committee regarding project progress and performance.
• Track and document milestone achievements to support billing and collection processes.
• Conduct site visits as needed to monitor the project progress
• Identify project challenges and recommend solutions to address them effectively.
• Analyze project workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Develop and present strategies to the Management Committee to enhance project execution and implementation.
• Advise on best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches in renewable energy project management.
• Monitor budgets and control project costs to ensure financial alignment.
• Oversee the timely completion of project milestones tied to collection purposes.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to facilitate billing and ensure prompt collections.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure project deliverables meet client and company expectations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project management or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing solar projects
• Strong knowledge of local statutory rules and regulations related to solar energy projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Technical expertise in solar energy systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with environmental and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• PMP, PMI or relevant project management certification is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.)
