Key responsibilities
Support and maintain the core product and commercial KPI framework across Sportsbook, Casino, Slots and Poker.
Build and maintain KPI baselines, executive dashboards and automated performance reporting.
Deliver regular performance reporting and insights on key metrics across all product verticals to product and commercial stakeholders.
Analyze the end-to-end customer funnel: registration, KYC, first bet or spin, retention and reactivation.
Perform data mining, aggregation and transformation to uncover trends, product performance, customer behavior and operational efficiencies.
Conduct root-cause analysis to explain performance shifts and inform strategic decisions.
Identify revenue opportunities, customer friction points, conversion losses and retention drivers.
Design, analyze and report on A/B tests and product experiments to measure the impact of new features and product changes.
Address data quality issues, including deduplication, outlier detection and correction of inaccuracies in large transactional datasets.
Support business teams by presenting insights in clear, compelling formats tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
About you
University degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a data / product analyst, ideally within gaming or digital product environments.
Experience analyzing large transactional datasets.
Fluent written and spoken English (business-level).
Advanced SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions).
Strong Power BI experience (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dataflows).
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication and storytelling ability; able to translate complex analysis into clear insight and recommendations.
Curious, hypothesis-driven and structured in approach.
Excellent eye for detail.
