Full-Stack Graphic Designer

What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly organised and creative Full-Stack Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets, manage multiple marketing projects, and support brand execution across multiple businesses. The role combines graphic design, marketing asset creation, project management, brand implementation, video editing, and content support to ensure timely delivery of engaging and conversion-focused creative materials.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, social media, advertising, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels
• Create and maintain logos, brand systems, visual identities, and brand guidelines
• Design social media graphics, ad creatives, promotional materials, banners, and campaign assets
• Produce marketing collateral including presentations, one-pagers, reports, whitepapers, sales materials, and templates
• Design and enhance website layouts, landing pages, and web-based marketing assets
• Ensure consistency and alignment of visual elements across multiple brands and platforms
• Create blog graphics, infographics, and supporting visual content for marketing campaigns
• Develop scalable campaign asset systems that support cross-channel marketing initiatives
• Adapt designs based on audience segments, platform requirements, and campaign objectives
• Edit short-form video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, animations, and text overlays to enhance content engagement
• Repurpose long-form video and marketing content into shorter, platform-specific formats
• Support marketing initiatives through basic copywriting, headline creation, captions, and content formatting
• Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Track project timelines, priorities, resources, and deliverables across multiple brands and campaigns
• Organise files, creative assets, workflows, and project documentation efficiently
• Communicate project updates, progress, risks, and deadlines to stakeholders proactively
• Identify workflow improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and creative output
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and business teams to support campaign execution and brand growth

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing design, or a related role
• Experience working across multiple brands, campaigns, or business units simultaneously
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, professional, high-quality design work across various formats and channels
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design, branding, digital marketing creatives, visual storytelling, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy
• Strong understanding of marketing design, conversion-focused creative assets, and digital campaign execution
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and related design applications
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation and marketing asset development
• Strong experience using Figma for website design, landing pages, UI layouts, and collaborative design projects
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
• Ability to create motion graphics, short-form video content, and multimedia assets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent organisational, project management, and workflow coordination abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, competing priorities, and creative projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently with full ownership of assigned projects and deliverables
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and execution excellence
