Full-Stack Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Core Responsibility)

· Design high-quality visual assets across all marketing channels

· Create branding elements including logos, brand systems, and visual identities

· Design social media content, ad creatives, and campaign visuals

· Produce email designs, banners, and templates

· Create marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, and reports

· Design website layouts and landing pages

· Ensure visual consistency across all brands and platforms

Content Design & Marketing Assets

· Create blog graphics, infographics, and supporting visuals

· Develop campaign asset systems across multiple channels

· Adapt designs based on platform, audience, and marketing objectives

Video & Motion Support

· Edit short-form video content for social media

· Add basic motion graphics, transitions, and text overlays

· Repurpose long-form content into short clips

Copy & Content Support

· Write basic captions and headlines for marketing assets

· Support light copywriting for ads and email formatting

· Understand basic marketing messaging and hooks

Project Management (Critical Responsibility)

· Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously across brands

· Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables across all workstreams

· Maintain clear organization of tasks, files, and workflows

· Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

· Communicate progress, delays, and updates proactively

· Identify inefficiencies and improve workflow processes to increase output and speed

Brand & Multi-Company Execution

· Work across multiple brands with different styles and audiences

· Adapt visual direction based on brand identity and positioning

· Maintain consistency while adjusting creative execution per brand

Execution & Working Style

· Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once

· Strong execution mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality work quickly

· Detail-oriented with a strong eye for modern, clean design

· Able to work independently with full ownership of tasks

· Comfortable switching between brands and priorities without losing consistency

Skills & Tools

Design

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

· Strong experience with Figma for web and layout design

· Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Content & Marketing

· Basic understanding of marketing design and conversion-focused visuals

· Ability to create assets aligned with marketing goals

Video & Motion

· Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

Project Management

· Strong organizational and workflow management skills

· Experience managing multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously

Requirements

Experience & Profile

· 3–6+ years of experience in graphic design or creative roles

· Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, high-quality design work (expectation what kind of sample works)

· Experience working across multiple brands or projects

· Ability to execute across a wide range of design needs
