QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Job Overview:
Responsible in reviewing product requirements and design specifications to ensure product criteria are met and identify possible gaps.
Responsible in selecting and prioritizing test scenarios and test cases that will provide efficient coverage consistent with acceptable level of risks that could be translated to requirements.
Responsible in executing assigned test cases manually, evaluating overall results of test execution and documents; performing risk assessment and provide timely reports and recommendations on findings.
Responsible in identifying and recommending improvements to test methodology, assists in development, implementation, maintenance, reporting of process metrics; verifying functional specification for accuracy and completeness.
Controls all product standard references including production samples, including preservation thereof.
Qualifications:
College graduate with a degree in Business Administration or Engineering course.
At least three (3) years of work experience in the production or quality operations, evaluation and development of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and methodologies, with relevant work experience.
Able to record data points and demonstrate competent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Has good observation skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Must be adept in common software applications such as WORD and EXCEL.
