About the role
This role involves performing data gathering, assessment, and endorsement of solutions to complex business requirements across different Business Units, with a focus on SAP system configuration and support for the MM module.
Key responsibilities
Perform data gathering, assessment, and endorsement of possible solutions to complex requirements of different Business Units
Attend workshops with the Technical Team of third-party applications with interface to SAP
Apply accurate configurations, changes, and updates on the SAP system for existing and new/upcoming companies/branches for the MM module
Prepare Functional Specifications based on business requirements of BUs, coordinate with ABAP Programmer, and assist during development
Perform functional testing and direct key user testing for configurations done and developed programs
Conduct key user and end-user training for subsidiaries/affiliates that will implement SAP
Handle data migration for companies/affiliates that will implement SAP
Coordinate, monitor, test, and assist in the development of various workflows with connection or integration to/from the SAP system
Monitor and test modifications on existing programs guided by the Functional Specifications
Prepare SAP Users' Manual / Users' Guide
About you
Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Accountancy
At least 2-4 years of experience
SAP skill set; project management is a plus
Experience in project handling
