Job Profile Position Title : Plant Sales Manager Reports to : Department Sales Manager Supervises : Route Sales Supervisor, Store Sales Supervisor Position Purpose The Plant Sales Manager oversees LPG sales operations within a defined territory, ensuring sustainable business growth, team performance, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in managing store and dealership activities, optimizing route selling, and fostering strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Position Qualifications:

  • College Degree : Any marketing related course
  • Graduate Studies : N/A
  • Licensure Examinations Passed : N/A
  • Other License : Professional Driver’s License
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory
role, preferably in LPG or FMCG ● General Skills: o Computer Literate o Excellent decision-making capability o Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving o Good communication skills o Strong leadership, people management, and organizational aptitude Principal Accountabilities In addition to following ESGVI’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to: Territory Sales Strategy & Execution o Develop and implement LPG sales plans tailored to regional goals o Identify sales opportunities across retail, commercial, and dealership channels Sales Team Leadership o Supervise, coach, and assess retail and route supervisors o Define targets, allocate territories, and build a results-driven culture Retail Store & Dealership Oversight o Manage day-to-day operations of company-owned LPG showroom/store o Provide operational support and monitor dealership performance o Enforce brand consistency and customer service standards Volume and Revenue Achievement o Track refill volume and sales trends o Drive initiatives for customer acquisition and retention o Ensure timely collections and revenue targets are consistently achieved Client & Account Relationship Management o Build trusted relationships with commercial clients and key accounts o Resolve escalated concerns and ensure responsive customer service Market Intelligence & Competitor Monitoring o Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and positioning o Recommend strategic pricing adjustments and campaigns Operational Coordination o Partner with operations team for efficient delivery scheduling o Improve turnaround time for trucks and cylinders Regulatory Compliance & Safety Promotion o Ensure full adherence to LPG regulatory standards and safety protocols o Promote customer and partner awareness of safe practices OSHE Conformance o Enforce occupational safety practices across sales operations o Coordinate with OHSE on territory health and safety initiatives o Monitor team compliance and address safety incidents promptly Sales Forecasting & Reporting o Deliver accurate and insightful forecasts and sales reports o Monitor and analyze volume, collection rates, growth, and territory performance Business Development & Market Penetration o Expand market presence in underserved areas o Represent ESGVI in LGU relations, industry forums, and community events o Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by leadership to ensure alignment with company goals, policies, and evolving business needs Core Values All team members are expected to exemplify ESGVI’s core values: Integrity, Service Excellence, Innovation, and Accountability, ensuring every action aligns with the company’s mission and objectives.
