Payments Experienced Analyst, Payments and Experience

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Payments Experienced Analyst to manage end-to-end payment operations in the Philippines, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The role combines payment processing execution with issue resolution, process governance, and continuous improvement across the Payments & Experience function.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payment processing including invoice validation, payment runs, and exception handling
- Act as subject matter expert for complex payment issues; conduct root cause analysis and drive cross-functional resolution
- Monitor and manage payment KPIs such as on-time rates, cycle time, and error rates
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities; support automation and process standardization initiatives
- Provide guidance to users and stakeholders on payment inquiries and support team onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification
- 3–5 years of payments, accounts payable, or finance operations experience
- Strong expertise in payment processes, invoice processing, and controls
- SAP (MM/FI) experience preferred
- Fluency in English (written and oral); additional regional language advantage
- Availability for day shift (9 AM–6 PM) or mid shift (3 PM–12 AM)
