HR Representative Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our HR department in a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing HR files, applications, and requirements in an organized manner
• Sourcing, identifying, and headhunting potential candidates for open positions
• Screening resumes and reviewing application forms to ensure suitability
• Coordinating and confirming interview schedules with candidates
• Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Preparing HR-related memos, reports, and documentation as needed
• Responding to internal HR-related queries and providing timely support
• Managing the scheduling of meetings and corporate events
• Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and career days
• Attending meetings when required and recording meeting minutes
• Monitoring employee attendance and ensuring accurate timekeeping
• Performing other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned

This position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Currently enrolled in degree program
• A commitment to work 600 hours and above
• Availability to work onsite in Sucat, Paranaque, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
