- Conduct routine inspections of common area.
- Perform minor repairs such as plumbing issues, electrical problems, and appliance malfunctions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas.
- Ensure the proper functioning of building systems
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and renovations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building's exterior, including sidewalks, parking areas, and landscaping.
- Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
- Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building's garbage and recycling areas.
- Experience with basic handyman tasks is a plus.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry: Ability to perform minor repairs (e.g., unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks).
- Knowledge of building systems: Familiarity with HVAC systems, fire alarms, security systems, and other building equipment.
