REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Handle customer inquiries over the phone regarding transportation, logistics, and delivery-related concerns.
• Provide assistance with package tracking, shipment updates, and delivery-related issues.
• Process refund requests, returns, and other order-related concerns while following company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and case records while delivering high-quality customer service.
