Responsibilities: Oversee the entire claims process from start to finish. Manage and lead a team of claims adjusters. Review and approve high-value claims. Ensure all claims are handled efficiently and accurately. Develop and implement strategies to improve the claims process. Reduce costs associated with claims. Enhance customer satisfaction through timely and fair resolution of claims. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes. Provide training and support to claims staff. Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Handle complex and sensitive claims issues. Prepare and present reports on claims activity and performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
