Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- Assess training needs and develop customized training materials to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements as necessary.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales staff to foster professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of training goals with organizational objectives.
