Marketing Executive

Prepares plans and

executes marketing activities of the sales department by:

· Creating effective marketing initiatives for all segments

together with the Sales Department head.

· Implements and executes all marketing activities and campaigns

of the Sales Department.

· Effectively communicates and coordinates with customers with

regard to all product concerns and queries.

Contribute to the attainment of Company goals and objectives by:

· Meeting KPI targets.

· Managing and fulfilling assigned projects and tasks in a

timely manner.

Key Result Areas

Marketing event preparation and rollout:

· Preparing and coordinating the needed collaterals, samples,

and materials needed for marketing activities.

· Preparing and requesting the budget for the events.

· Monitoring and following through with the sales Department as

to the result of the input collateral vs the opportunity generated from the

campaign

· Assists in content creation and revision of brochures and

campaign materials.

New Opportunities in sales:

· Working with the sales team and customers on new products and

approaches for the project and promotions.

· Assisting in creating presentations during client meetings and

events.

· Researching the potential market for sales penetration

Marketing and admin tasks:

· Assisting sales to source materials for marketing collaterals.

· Performing other related duties and responsibilities as may be

assigned by top management from time to time.

· Attends to inquiries from conveyor and industrial clients

· Prepares formal documents requested by the client (such as

Quotation, Sales Orders, Invoices, etc.), and follows up with the client if any

documents are required by PhilBelt.

· Coordinates with Factory PPIC for order production and, or

availability schedules, with forwarders for delivery schedules, and with the

client for receiving schedules.

· Manage clients with consignment contracts or supply contracts:

a. Monitor client consumption and comply with replenishment

needs according to the specific client contract.

b. Coordinate with their superior to prepare for contract

renewal requirements.

c. Coordinate with their superiors to prepare for contract

renewal requirements.

· Submit all invoices to the Collection department in a timely

fashion.

· Prepare monthly sales reports.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by their superior.
