Accounting Assistant - 1 yr experience - Sal: 20k-25k - San Juan

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle confidential information. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and accounting files. Process and validate sales documents and customer payments. Prepare accounts receivable reports and other accounting records. Provide administrative and accounting support to the Senior Manager – Finance. Ensure the timely, accurate, and organized handling of financial documents and transactions.
