About the Company
As a dedicated sales specialist for PHirst Park Homes, you will serve as the primary link between our international and OFW buyers and the on-site sales teams across the Northern Manila (NOMA) zones. This role requires expertise in sales coordination, client servicing, and digital buyer support.

Responsibilities
- Territory Expertise: Serve as the subject-matter expert for PHirst Park Homes communities across NOMA 1 and 2, including project details, pricing, promo mechanics, and site logistics.
- International Buyer Support: Assist the International Sales Manager in servicing OFW and global Filipino clients remotely via digital platforms, phone, and video calls.
- Site Coordination: Prepare sites for international buyer visits, virtual tours, and in-person property presentations.
- Documentation Support: Guide buyers through the full purchasing process including reservation, requirements, contracts, and financing coordination.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, specialists, and on-site teams to ensure seamless handovers and after-sales service.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on international buyer behavior, competitive landscape, and local market trends to support overseas sales strategies.
- Sales Execution: Support closing activities and coordinate with marketing campaigns targeted at NOMA territories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, customer service, or international client support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (both local and international).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM, Zoom, Google Meet, and other digital tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior experience in an international or overseas-facing role is highly preferred.
