Position: Mandarin Certification Documentation Specialist Industry: Professional Consultancy Firm Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday) Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Having HSK or TOCFL certification is a big advantage
• Open to any Bachelor's Degree courses.
• Having experience in BPO and Technical writing experience, Data Analyst.
• Having experience in back office activities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process data in a variety of IT applications.
• Ability to produce clear and organized reports and e-mail/correspondence

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and assess documents related to certification processes, including compliance requirements, product standards, and management systems, while preparing and issuing client invoices.
• Verify that all submitted documents comply with applicable international standards and internal company policies.
• Translate audit files of the partner company or customers from Mandarin to English or vice versa.
• Prepare and issue certification documents upon approval of the certification decision.
• Create review plans and perform administrative evaluations of audit reports, including raising inquiries, tracking, and updating both open and closed Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Perform administrative tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Evaluate documentation in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines.
