Export Air and Sea Coordinator

- Coordinate air and sea export shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of professional experience in logistics or freight coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of export regulations and customs procedures.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
