As a Software Engineer , youll build and enhance robust web applications using PHP and SuiteCRM, contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Youll collaborate in an Agile team, bringing a proactive, problemsolving mindset to deliver welldesigned solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build new features across the Beakon EHS platform using PHP, SuiteCRM, and opensource technologies
• Work closely with Development Managers, Team Leaders, and other engineers to deliver welldesigned solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver highquality features
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, aligned with the product roadmap
• Work within an Agile team (e.g. Scrum), supporting sprint planning and delivery
• Help diagnose and fix software defects to improve reliability
• Write unit tests and documentation to support your work
• Share ideas and contribute to team practices and technical decisions

Skills and Experience:

• Around 2+ years experience in a software development roleExperience building enterprise web applications using PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, and JavaScript
• Familiar withPHP best practices and objectoriented programming
• Frontend development experience usingHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery/AJAX
• Exposure toSuiteCRM or SugarCRM is a plus
• Comfortable delivering features within aproduction environment
• Experience usingGit or similar version control tools
• Basic understanding ofUX and design principles
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Some experience writing frontend and backend unit tests
• Familiarity withAgile ways of working (e.g. Scrum)
• Experience working withrelational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB
