Business Development Officer/ 3 yrs in Lending/ Fintech Industry

Position: Business Development Officer Working Location: Santolan Pasig Office Based, Urgent and Permanent after 6 months evaluation Salary: 25k to 40k with Sales Target Monday to Friday Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, banking, lending or financial services. Proven success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2Cenvironments.accountability.partners.blockchain, and embedded finance, processes, requirements. Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, BNPL, lending, and digital payments. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, data-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across fintech verticals. Set goals, monitor performance, manage pipelines, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting. Identify and manage key accounts, enterprise clients, lenders, partners, and merchants. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team; foster collaboration and Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment processors, and enterprise Lead client negotiations, presentations, contracts, pricing, and onboarding. Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and customized solution delivery.
