- Provide excellent customer service: Greet and assist customers, take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area: Keep tables and chairs clean, clear dishes, and maintain a hygienic work environment. This may also include refilling condiments and assisting with basic table setting.
- Support kitchen operations: Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, such as plating dishes, preparing beverages, and maintaining stock levels.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understand and respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Basic food handling and safety knowledge: Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure the safety and quality of food served.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Must be able to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor during busy periods.
