Qualifications & Skills ● Expert-level, hands-on administration expertise in HubSpot is mandatory (Active HubSpot platform or inbound certifications are highly preferred). ● Demonstrated portfolio of producing complete end-to-end sales funnels, high-performance web pages, and complex sequence logic flows. ● Proven tracking history of deploying and optimizing profitable, data-backed PPC advertising campaigns. ● Prior professional tenure serving effectively in a Marketing Manager, Team Lead, or senior campaign strategist capacity. ● Familiarity with the US Real Estate market, lead gen frameworks, or broker marketing tactics is a significant advantage. ● Superior project organization skills, robust analytical understanding, and compelling English presentation capability.
