Position: GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage and optimize CRM systems, sales funnels, and marketing automation workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, strong technical skills, and the ability to improve lead generation, customer nurturing, and overall system performance. Key Responsibilities CRM and Pipeline Management

• Set up and manage pipelines, opportunities, and contact segmentation within GoHighLevel
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data
• Monitor lead flow and customer journeys
• Generate reports on pipeline performance and lead status

Funnels and Landing Pages

• Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and websites using GoHighLevel
• Ensure pages are responsive, functional, and conversion-focused
• Implement lead capture tracking through forms, tags, and triggers
• Troubleshoot and resolve funnel and page issues

Automation and Workflows

• Create and manage automated workflows, triggers, and campaigns
• Set up email and SMS automation sequences
• Optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes
• Test and troubleshoot automations to ensure smooth execution

Integrations and Technical Support

• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools such as Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, and Google applications
• Configure domains, calendars, forms, and tracking systems
• Handle basic API and webhook connections when needed
• Troubleshoot technical and system-related issues

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align systems with campaign goals
• Recommend improvements to workflows, automations, and conversion strategies
• Assist with implementing new processes and system enhancements

Qualifications Required

• Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
• Experience building funnels, landing pages, and workflows
• Familiarity with integrations such as Zapier, webhooks, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in digital marketing or lead generation
• Knowledge of conversion optimization and basic copywriting
• Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads tracking setup
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
