Description - Provide exceptional customer service support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions in the company’s database accurately.
- Assist with product knowledge and troubleshooting to guide customers effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in both Spanish and English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
