JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field - Having good years of experience in information security, risk, or governance Roles.

• Familiarity with audit processes, compliance tracking, risk assessment methodologies, and third‑party risk management practices.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 (preferred), NIST/COBIT frameworks (preferred), and familiarity with certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent (advantage).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and regularly update information security policies, standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform information security risk assessments.
• Analyze security risks and recommend appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal security policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during ISO certification and compliance assessments.
• Advocate cybersecurity best practices and culture across the organization.
• Monitor and track employee completion of mandatory security training programs.
