We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about uncovering the story behind the numbers and using it to drive meaningful outcomes. If you’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and love turning complexity into clarity, you’ll feel right at home here.

How You’ll Shine

• Transform data into clear, actionable insights that improve performance and customer outcomes

• Design intuitive Power BI dashboards that bring our key metrics to life

• Support multi-channel campaigns (dialler, SMS, email, post) with accurate, well-structured data

• Deliver insights on campaign effectiveness, performance trends, and operational quality

• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data integrity

• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to align data with business goals

Your work won’t just sit in reports; it will actively shape decisions and drive results.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with Power BI and data analysis (SQL, databases, or programming exposure is a plus)

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Fabric, SharePoint, etc.)

• Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail

• A natural ability to connect the dots and translate data into meaningful insights

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confidence communicating insights in a simple, engaging way

• A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for learning and continuous improvement
