Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Up to 20% hike from last drawn salary + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science
- 2–4 years of MIS/Reporting experience in a BPO environment
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting Contact Center or WFM Operations
- Strong experience in Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of Contact Center/WFM metrics is preferred
