Customer Service Representative

Assist customers with their travel needs—including reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns—while delivering world-class service and maintaining accuracy across global booking systems.
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages via voice, chat, or email support
- Modify or cancel reservations per client policies and resolve issues related to ticketing, refunds, and rebooking
- Use GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo for processing and managing reservations
- Provide timely and professional responses to travel-related inquiries and service requests
- Handle escalations, irregular operations (IRROPs), and travel disruptions with empathy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, airline guidelines, and travel industry standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including AHT, quality, and customer satisfaction scores
- Minimum 1 year of experience using GDS tools such as Sabre or Amadeus, in either a BPO or non-BPO environment
- At least 6 months of experience in fraud detection, investigation, or prevention
- TOPIK II certification preferred (open to both native and non-native Korean speakers)
- Proficiency in Korean at B2 level or higher (CEFR scale)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
