Brighter Abilities is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a part-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop customised treatment plans.
- Implement evidence based occupational therapy interventions to improve clients functional abilities, independence, and participation in daily activities.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote active involvement in the rehabilitation process.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
What we're looking for
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with a bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably working with the pediatric population
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem solving skills to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client centered care and continuous professional development
