SEO, GEO and Digital Insights Specialist

The role Help global and regional marketing teams improve organic search performance, visibility in AI-generated answers, and understanding of online audiences. You will carry out SEO and GEO work, investigate performance changes, compare results with relevant benchmarks, and recommend practical actions. The role also includes social listening to identify conversations, sentiment, and emerging topics that can inform marketing decisions. Strong SEO/GEO and analytical capability are the primary focus. Prior social listening and Sprout Social experience are advantages. What you will do SEO and website optimization

• Conduct keyword research and technical and content audits using tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Review crawlability, indexation, metadata, internal linking, broken links, and content alignment with search intent.
• Monitor organic traffic, clicks, impressions, rankings, and click-through rates; investigate changes and recommend improvements.
• Raise technical tickets, coordinate with content and development teams, and complete permitted CMS updates.

GEO and AI search visibility

• Monitor brand mentions and citations in AI-assisted search and answer platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Develop repeatable visibility checks using agreed prompts, queries, markets, and languages; document baselines, cited sources, and changes over time.
• Identify content gaps and recommend improvements that address user questions clearly and accurately.
• Assess results alongside SEO and analytics data, explaining findings and measurement limitations.

Analysis and actionable insights

• Investigate performance changes, compare results with historical performance, agreed targets, and relevant benchmarks, and assess possible causes.
• Turn findings into prioritized recommendations that explain the issue, supporting evidence, and proposed next steps.
• Maintain dashboards and reports; validate data and KPI calculations and resolve discrepancies.
• Track follow-up actions and evaluate whether implemented changes improve results.

Social listening and stakeholder support

• Build and refine listening topics and queries in Sprout Social across brands, competitors, industry themes, markets, and languages.
• Use Boolean logic, filters, exclusions, and segmentation to capture relevant conversations and reduce noise.
• Analyze sentiment, conversation trends, and competitor activity; connect findings with content and search opportunities.
• Support publication quality checks, manage stakeholder requests within agreed service levels, and document findings and follow-up actions.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, data analytics, IT, digital media, or a related field.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in SEO, digital analytics, website optimization, or related digital marketing operations.
• Strong hands-on SEO experience, including technical and content audits, keyword research, and performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of GEO, supported by practical exposure to testing brand visibility or citations in AI-generated answers.
• Strong analytical judgment, with examples of investigating performance changes, comparing benchmarks, and recommending action.
• Experience with SEO tools, web analytics, dashboards, data validation, quality checks, and CMS workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Willingness to develop social listening capability. Prior hands-on social listening experience, including Sprout Social Listening, is an advantage.
• Experience with global stakeholders. Shared services and multilingual data experience are advantages; other relevant backgrounds are welcome.
