Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Associate based in Santa Rosa City.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning conversations into successful sales? Our team is looking for an Online Sales Associate who can engage with customers online, understand their needs, provide excellent service, and convert inquiries into sales.
We're looking for someone who can balance speed and quality in customer interactions, build trust through empathy, and consistently achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and online platforms promptly and professionally
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and sales opportunities
- Guide customers throughout the buying process by providing product recommendations and solutions
- Build rapport and trust with customers through excellent service and empathy
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to maximize conversion rates
- Accurately encode customer details, quotations, and order information
- Coordinate with Operations and Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Monitor customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales quotas and performance targets

Qualifications
- Experience in online sales, customer service, chat support, or related fields is an advantage

- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance metrics and quotas
- Fresh graduates and career starters with strong potential are welcome to apply
- Senior High School graduate, Vocational graduate, College undergraduate, or College graduate
- Willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa City, Laguna
