Visual Merchandiser

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers and create a warm and welcoming environment.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and answer their queries on the machine and other related product and services of grab n go bar such as operator sales.
• Manage customer complaints and concerns and immediately communicate with the office.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services and products provided.

2. Product Promotion:

• Promote the products to customers in a professional and convincing manner.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Conduct sampling and hand out product freebies to customers.

3. Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels.
• Report stock inventory every morning. Refill immediately within the day.

4. ON-SITE ACTIVITIES:

5. RELOADING AT SITE

A. UN-LOADING OF CRATES

• Assisted by Driver. Loader to properly unload the crates based on crates tagging.
• Loader will use push-cart for easy transport of crates from loading dock to pantry area.

B. TRELLO CHECKLIST

• Once in front of the machine, the loader will conduct activities based on the TRELLO checklist. VENDING

8. IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKETING

a. SEASONAL MARKETING

Season is the time when we change the planogram. There will be 10 or more new items and we will removed all discontinued items

• Wait for instruction for new planogram.
• Pull out all old items, classify as discarded.
• Refill new items and change the product set up on the screen.
• Take a photo and update it. Trello.

b. MACHINE STICKER

• Ensure all sticker are complete.
• Request to BM for sticker to ensure proper standards are followed.

c. PRINTING OF PHOMEMO

• Download app Phomemo.
• Link your phone to Phomemo.
• Print the label.

9. Roach Killer

• Promodiser should refill roach killer every quarter.
• Posting should be as instructed.
• Expired roach killer should be kept in a individual plastic and returned the same day to the warehouse for proper disposal.
• Disposal should be in accordance to DENR requirement and should be kept in a plastic container.

9. Reporting:

a) FOR OFF SITE ATTENDANCE

• Should follow HR rules for attendance.
• In the absence of HR rule, minimum is daily attendance of the deployed area log book.
• Promodiser should be registered in the deployed area biometrics / time card. Data should be submitted to HRD prior to payroll.
• The photo of guard logbook should be send to viber group daily for in and out.
• No supporting document, no payroll.

b) FOR REGULAR REPORT

• Submit daily reporting of activity.
• Provide feedback/suggestions to the supervisor/manager regarding customer demands/competition.
• Follow instructions given by the manager/supervisor.

10. Daily Cash Remittance

• Remit all cash collected to WNL.
• Cash should be equal or more to the delivery.

11. Personal Image:

• Dress appropriately and maintain a professional image. Always have complete uniform.
• Keep personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Wear the provided Promodiser uniform.
• Follow uniform standard.

COVER SHIFT:

Performs any tasks assigned / directed to their subordinates in their absence/rotating location

OTHERS

Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
