The Field Technician (Electrician) is a crucial member of our operations team, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our electric motorcycles in the field. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will be the face of our company, ensuring our motorcycles are running smoothly and our customers are satisfied.
Education: Vocational training or an Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Motorcycle Mechanics) preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in motorcycle maintenance and repair, preferably with electric vehicles. Experience with electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting is essential.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle technology is a significant advantage.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
