Junior Data Operations Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Operations Coordinator to support our sales, recruitment, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for lead generation, CRM data quality, and platform operations across the business.

This role is shared across multiple teams and is central to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Role Details

Location : Remote - Philippines

Employment Type:  Full-Time

Reports To: Directors

Salary:  PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000 per month



Hours
You will work UK hours: 09:00–18:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00–17:00 on Fridays, which aligns with afternoon and evening working hours in the Philippines. Availability to work UK hours on a long term basis is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Generate qualified leads per day with direct telephone numbers
• Research and verify contact information for target companies and decision-makers
• Feed lead data directly to SDRs to support their outreach pipeline

Platform & CRM Operations

• Maintain data quality across the OHUB platform managing the platform AI, tag records and sytem flags
• Review and report on sales funnel data and pipeline metrics

Marketing & Talent Support

• Platform growth initiatives 
• Support marketing campaigns with clean data lists and audience segments
• Assist with candidate data enrichment to improve match quality

Requirements

Must Have

• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) — formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data
• Experience with CRM systems or databases (any platform)
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Good written English — you will communicate via email and platform notes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to daily target

Nice to Have

• Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms or HR tech
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipeline reporting
• Experience working with UK or international companies

Device and connectivity requirements:

• Intel Core i5 12th Gen or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5
• 16 GB RAM
• Reliable webcam and headset for virtual meetings and sales calls
• Internet speed of at least 60 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload
• Backup internet connection preferred
