RPA Business Analyst - Senior Associate Consultant (BGC Taguig)

Basic Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
- Minimum RPA Tools Experience: ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
- Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
- Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years experience as an Business Analyst is required
- Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
- Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
- Good knowledge of *Automation*, *RPA*, and *AI* solutions
- Exposure to platforms like *ServiceNow*, *Genesys*, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
- Strong *stakeholder management* and collaboration skills
- Support in *proposal creation* and solution design
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
