Inside Sales Representative (Taguig)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up activities to generate and acquire new client accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Gather, verify, and document client information required for job requisition creation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Monitor and track all client interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with U.S.-based clients.
• Address initial client concerns and handle basic negotiations within established guidelines.

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong client relationships.
• Adaptable and confident in managing client interactions in a fast-paced environment.

• CRM experience.
