Job Title: Territory Sales Account Executive Required with vehicle and can drive Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Reports to Territory Sales Manager Working location: Cebu and Davao Salary: 20k to 25k with allowance and commission Working schedule: Monday to Saturday (fulltime and urgent) Qualification: Required with vehicle and existing clients With existing projects, contact in Developers, Group of Architects, Engineers and Shops Must complete requirements and can start in 1 week Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Competitor Analysis, Public Speaking, Customer Relationship Management, both B2B and B2C sales, CRM software, and MS Office. Driving skills are essential. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain customer relationships, conduct market analysis, deliver presentations, and achieve sales targets. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with travel to client sites as necessary. Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, persuasive, results-driven, and adaptable.
