Planning Engineer

- Assist in various building construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Perform manual labor tasks as required, including lifting and carrying materials.
- Participate in site clean-up and maintenance activities.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in building construction roles.
- Proficiency in planning and forecasting, costing, surveying, and structural design, along with strong presentation skills and knowledge of contract specifications.
- Oversee construction projects, prepare budgets, coordinate site surveys, develop structural designs, and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Primarily office-based with frequent site visits, requiring adherence to safety regulations.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
