Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and demand generation initiatives for branded consumer products. The role manages digital campaigns, content, social media, online channels, and marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, product visibility, and business growth.

The position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and demand generation programs for branded products.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms and channels.
• Develop engaging digital content, promotional materials, and marketing communications aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Manage social media accounts and other digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, website traffic, leads, conversions, and other relevant marketing metrics.
• Analyze customer, market, and digital performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams in developing promotional campaigns and activities that support business and revenue objectives.
• Support marketing forecasting and demand planning by providing campaign assumptions, historical performance data, market trends, and customer insights.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with product availability and supply requirements.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, campaign calendars, and tracking tools to monitor campaign and business performance.
• Support the launch and digital marketing activities for new products and new markets .
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, media partners, and other third-party partners as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital presence, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor monitoring to identify relevant consumer trends, market opportunities, and emerging digital platforms.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to management regarding digital marketing performance and opportunities.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as may be required by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field .

Experience

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Healthcare, Food, Cosmetics, FMCG, or other consumer products is an advantage.
• Experience in managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, and online marketing initiatives is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online campaign management .
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and consumer trends.
