Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets and customers while building trust-based relationships to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Guide and mentor Account Managers on acquisition strategies, operations, and professional development.
- Conduct on-ground immersion and market research to identify opportunities and develop partner hitlists.
- Influence sales and aftersales processes to ensure agile operations and strong governance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales.
- Solid background in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry .
- Proven track record in strategic sales leadership and managing a sales organization.
- Strong business development, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
