- Process payments for eyewear, optical products, and services accurately.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and sales documents.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate with optical staff regarding customer orders and payments.
- Maintain organized transaction records and customer information.
- Ensure the cashiering area is clean, secure, and professional.
- Comply with company policies and financial procedures.
