Responsibilities - Process machine request (for Brand New, Replacement, Demo, Upgrade, Meter & Fixed Monthly) with or without P.O thru Mrf Portal.
- Process parts request for Technical, PMS, BDO and other branches such as Delsan Davao, Bacolod and Iloilo (Brand new or cannibalized)
- Process toner request (for SM Branches, BDO regular order and all toners under Meter reading and fixed monthly)
- Input updated file for all canceled transaction.
- Creation of DR & Sales Invoice
- Handling email and telephone calls (Internal & Clients)
