Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings and reservations.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Provide accurate information about travel schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
- Process customer requests while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Escalate complex travel-related concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
