Qualifications:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree. Open to fresh graduates with a degree in a science-related field
- Licensed Pharmacist is an advantage
- Must have good English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional demeanor.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer health needs and provide product guidance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and membership promotion.
- Maintain product knowledge and share expertise with team members.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, monitor expiries, and assist in inventory counts.
- Follow store SOPs, safety, and health protocols; maintain store appearance.
