Job Description: PaPM Consultant (Senior)
Join our dynamic and integrated team – EY EW Tax Intelligence Hub – at our new hub in the Philippines, where we deliver innovative solutions to clients on a global scale. As a multinational team based in Europe West, we pride ourselves on our open culture, where collaboration thrives without strict hierarchies. Responsibilities:
•    Lead the development, configuration, testing, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions to optimize client performance and profitability.
•    Collaborate closely with team members and clients to gather requirements, design comprehensive solutions, and deliver agreed outcomes.
•    Proactively resolve issues and propose effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Required Skills:
•    Implementation experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management, PaPM Cloud is of benefit as well.
•    Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
•    Experience in defining and developing SAP solutions, with knowledge of SAP architecture, processes, and data structures.
•    Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. 
•    Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams distributed across multiple locations and time zones, with a primary focus on project delivery within the Central European time zone.

Preferred Skills:
•    Familiarity with one or more SAP technologies: BW, Datasphere, HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Fiori/UI5, API, CDS.
•    Experience: 4-8 years in SAP domain
