- Accurately bill clients and ensure all charges are justified and documented.
- Maintain and update financial records with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide exemplary customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in analyzing billing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective billing operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years of relevant experience.
