Remote CRM & Lead Management Specialist | Work From Home We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented professional to support lead generation, CRM management, and conversion tracking. This role focuses on optimizing systems, ensuring accurate data flow, and improving lead-to-client conversion efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and lead databases
- Monitor, update, and organize incoming leads from multiple sources
- Ensure timely lead response, tagging, assignment, and follow-up processes
- Support agents with CRM usage, training, and troubleshooting
- Track performance metrics and generate productivity reports
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and pipelines using Google Sheets
- Coordinate lead distribution and appointment scheduling
- Tech-savvy with strong familiarity in CRM tools and digital systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
