Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us optimize our outreach and customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and CTAs.

Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.

Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email strategy with business goals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).

Strong copywriting and editing skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Familiarity with A/B testing and email automation workflows.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
