As a Branch Associate, you will assist with daily branch operations, customer service, account management, and handling financial transactions. You will also support branch staff and ensure a smooth workflow to meet customer needs and business goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
